You can type a new frame rate here. You may use a decimal point if needed.

Use this slider to set the relative compression quality. 

Some compressors lock the slider in a preferred position.

Shows the setting for color or grayscale used in compression. 

To make another choice, use this pop-up menu. The choices available depend on the selected compressor.
